Dear Friend,
Welcome to the official website for the Hinesville Area Council for the Arts, Humanities and
Literature; locally known as the "Hinesville Area Arts Council!" We're excited that you have
taken time today to visit the site. We hope the information contained within is both informative
and helpful.
The Hinesville Area Arts Council is a 501(c) (3), nonprofit corporation registered in the state
of Georgia. Though the Council is primarily funded through the Margaret Martin Trust Fund, we often
seek the support of the business community and individuals in bringing the vision of the Council to
fruition. The Council actively seeks support from the community (both financial and physical), and
it is often through effective community relations that we have found our success.
In 2008, we launched the official website of the Council as a method of reaching out to the community.
We hope the site not only serves as a central point for the informational exchange of arts related
activity within Liberty County, Georgia, but also as a site for area artists to showcase their diverse
talents.
We are open to your suggestions on ways to expand the offerings of the site and would like to extend
a personal invitation to you to become of member of this rapidly expanding, grassroots effort. You
are encouraged to contact the Council for further information. In the meantime&enjoy the site!
